Once we are in receipt of your completed form we will process it and get back to you with confirmation and your invoice within 2 business days. A retainer of 50 percent is required to save your date on our calendar. Your final balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event. All retainers are date specific and non-refundable. Payments can be made by check to: Just Cake - 712 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, CA 95010 - or by virtual invoice and processed through WePay with either a bank card or credit card (charges apply to credit cards only) If you choose to pick up your cake, Just Cake can not be held liable once the cake is in your vehicle. Your Classic Collection cake may be decorated by your florist (or anyone of your choosing!), Just Cake can not be held liable for the overall look and presentation of your cake once your cake has been picked up or delivered.
